Legal
Terms
Last updated: August 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of any waste collection service. If you become a customer, the service is governed by a separate written agreement that we will send you before anything starts.
Who runs this site
This site is operated by Apex Waste Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17025745, with its registered office at 37 Bull Street, Holt, England, NR25 6HP. We are an Upper Tier registered waste carrier, broker and dealer, licence CBDU639306.
Quotes are not offers
Submitting the quote form does not create a contract and does not commit either of us to anything. Any price we give you afterwards is an estimate based on the information you provided. It is subject to confirmation once we have checked access, container sizing, collection frequency and the waste types involved. A contract only exists once we have both signed a service agreement.
Information on this site
We keep the content here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free. Service descriptions are a general summary of what we offer. What we can actually provide at your site depends on location, access and the waste in question.
Availability
We do not guarantee the site will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and design of this site belong to Apex Waste Ltd or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business purposes. You may not republish or commercially exploit any of it without our permission.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information on it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, such as the Environment Agency public register, we do so for reference. We are not responsible for its content.
Law
These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies at the time you use the site.
